Proficient in all facets of low-slope (flat) commercial roofing including, but not limited to: Handling, cutting, and fitting of roof insulation and sheeting/cover boards. Removal of existing roofing materials. Utilization of tools for insulation and membrane attachment Installation/attachment of roof insulation.Installation of vapor retardersInstallation of roof membranesLayout, termination, seaming, flashing and detailing of EPDM (rubber), TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roof systemsGeneral clean-upOther duties as assigned.
Responsible for leading and performing quality repair and service work on commercial roof systems. Complete work with a high degree of professionalism and in a safe, efficient manner while treating clients and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
